What good Gangsta / Mafia movies do you recommend?
 

Out of my war movie phase and now into the gangsta/mafia movie phase.

Seen: Goodfellas, Casino, Godfather 1,2,3, Scareface, the one about al capone (can't remember its name).

Any others worth seeing?

if you play games, try the old game mafia, I never played a mafia game with better atmosphere.

there's some great French "gangsta" movie from last year or so, don't remember its title though

Eastern Promises - GREAT MOVIE..

White Heat - the original of its genre. I know its obvious but buy the entire 'Sopranos' and the 'The Wire' series
