I ended up going with the person who seemed the most interested in my project (by far).

Zuzana Designs all the way. Personality goes very far with me. Then in second place Adult Design :)

this is actually a fairly mainstream design...so i went with the best fit for my needs (as far as i can tell so far) and the person who took the time to brainstorm with me (roughly an hour)

that was a huge part of it....quite a few people were "rush-rush-rush", but not dave

if you're so busy that you can't talk to a prospective customer, hire a fucking customer service rep to handle it for you :2 cents:
