You have to be crazy to have that many names with godaddy. They are one of the worst registrars to be with if you work in adult.

I think people need to know how to transfer from godaddy to a better company.

ummmmm i dunno if this has happened to anyone else lately,l got a call yesterday from Godaddy (I have about 12 domains with them) asking if l was happy and if l had any complaints about thier service I said No and that was it

There was no shill bidding. Godaddys VP is a well respected domainer. The only thing I don't like about the situation is that he was hired to take care of godaddys aftermarket. If he has any inside information at all, it shouldn't be allowed plain and simple.

Although I think GoDaddy are big pieces of shit, I followed the links and couldn't see any proof posted. In fact, someone commented that this Adam Dicker isn't even part of their staff. Anyone got anything more substantial to back this up with?

My parents don't call me as much as GoDaddy does. Its kinda annoying.

I wish there was a better company. Don't get me wrong, GoDaddy sucks sweaty donkey bollocks, but where would you switch? Namecheap? Moniker? Comon now, let's be realistic. These are far bigger jokers than GoDaddy.

While I wouldn't touch Moniker, I moved all my domains from GoDaddy to NameCheap years ago and haven't had a single issue whatsoever. However, I'd love to hear what bad experiences you've had with them, so at least I'm prepared.

Yeah. I also switched a domain to Moniker to test them, only to expire it and reiregister just so I didn't have to try to deal with them anymore to transfer it.

I've asked that question in another thread. Who else would you go with?

I removed all my domains from Directnic about 3 years ago because they were fucktards. I have never had an issue with godaddy up until now, and that's because it's a morality issue.

I don't see a problem with GoDaddy employees openly bidding on domains. Having access to max bid numbers doesn't actually help anyone win. Such data is just a curiosity at best.

I have some domains with Enom and some recentrly transferred to GoDaddy. I don't have any complaints from either. In fact, I've never had an issue with a domain name. What kind of problems do you run into?

I was running their traffic facts software for more then a year. In one moment, they mixed up stats,ruined them, and didn't want to accept their mistake even if I made clear proofs (for example, on referrer list is one website, sending thousands of clicks daily, and that is my domain, no outgoing links...etc). This ruined my tracking and stats, and link exchange campain. DOn't work with them

Why I'm not surprised?
