I had one that fucked with me for 3 days saying he can’t login to his account and I can clearly see all logins and data that was transferred. On 3rd day he threatened to cancel and he sure did called for refund.

Man do you know how bad a chargeback is for the merchant? both $ wise and % wise... It's in both your best interests to give those type of customers refunds.

Actually you should be happy they credited him.

I had in the terms and conditions of membership that any requests for chargeback or cancellations seeking refund would be prosecuted for fraud and theft of services.

it was just a bad week .. assholes where using a new cheque option I had put in and it was like one after the other bounce... and then the credit and then another one because of a password issue .. I was pissed but actually ya I have thought about it more and more lately ...
..and what I have come up with is ... truthfully I don't believe the whole "kid got my card" bullshit ... deal is ..kid gets your card .. you tan his ass and keep him of teh net and make sure that card doesn't rebill ..end of story ..not grab a few days of content, KID or not .. it is the fucking parents responsibility to monitor what their children are doing on the net .. down the street and with their friends .. its called Parenting ..

I got a charge back and it pissed me off big time....
The credit card company sided with him = the Piece of shit!

The cc company told me, " His mother said he didn't do it and we believe her and since you don't have a signature nor a picture of him to prove your case we are refunding his money!"

That was one of several reasons I no longer have any sites on the Internet, I am now just a troll.

I also told her that I was going to retool the site torequire signatures and she said that still would not be enough proof for me, I think she was just being a cunt cause I ran a porn site.

I think for the ultimate is customer satisfaction, you should remove the logins and passwords. Revenue might go down a bit, but you'll have alot of happy campers!
