It doesn't really matter which one's on top of the list. What matters is that the porn tubes already get far more traffic than any other kind of adult site.

The highest-ranked free porn site on Alexa that is neither a tube nor a filesharing site is FreeOnes, at #274. On this list, it would come in the 11th spot.

It seems top tube sites little lost in their ranks except pornhub.Looks like people losing interest in porn generaly.
