Inside the foldover suede pouch (which velcros together) you get a mirror (handy for makeup, i.e. powdering your nose or for the dirty old man attaching to the top of your shoe), A gold spoon with a chopper on the other end, a gold snorting tube, a gold razor blade with safety sheild on one side.
