Who does Yoga and how long?
 

I have been doing Yoga ( Tibetian 7 perl one) for 8 years now. this one i do myself anywhere.
Home,Beach,Mountains.
and 3-4 times a week. and HotPower Yoga when i am in US...Neber can focus to do it 1.5 that is why i do it only in Yoga Center in New York on Union Square

What about you?

have been intrigued by the hot room yoga that is offered, haven't tried it yet

used to do a 5 minute routine every morning many years ago and it is a great thing, should probably start again

I haven't been able to touch Yoga since watching "The Stuff."

Do yoga while watching the Stuff....Change positions

Chips and cola are my yoga :)
