Website Traffic Theft
 

During 2008 i have suffered a gradual decline in traffic and revenues to my site and have become increasingly worried that despite heavy advertising everything is going south. I have spent some time this weekend examing statistics and have noticed a very unusual trend occurring since January. I am receiving very heavy incoming traffic each month from 1 referer double the traffic i receive from Huns or Worldsex. Not the same referer each month just one and here are the url samples they have absolutely no link to my site so i cannot figure out why they are refering in huge numbers. My loss of traffic and signups coincides exactly with the sudden appearence of these.

Can anyone shed any light on this subject or had a similar experience?

Nearly same thing happened to me.. However i my traffic was solely from google and it declined so bad, now from past month its getting again its original strength.. I call it google dance.. lol.. Neways good luck..

its a hit bot trying to fuck up your hits count, one thing you should know there are plenty of people out there who want you to fail, so they can succeed, same thing happened to me ask you server host to black list them
