My guess would be lack of practical use. The only reason I can imagine using them over just watching the screen on my iphone, would be in making sure people around me don't see what I'm watching. However, I don't see it as a necessity to watch porn in public, so I'm not likely to spend it n novelty.

If they made the glasses more covert the would be great for that, but these are about as covert as a guy in a gorilla mask.
