I hope that you find somebody... but, the target type of person you are looking for is exactly what you are getting. Often times somebody that is "broke and needs any cash they can get" is the kind that will flake and be unreliable.

I see what you're saying sly and agree somewhat, but the problem so far seems to be I'm asking for people on webmaster boards - the people replying usually have other irons in the fire.

I've simplified my request somewhat so hopefully will have more luck.
