How to count outgoing hits when selling traffic?

Hello,

I sell traffic from one of my domains around a daily 100k.

When i send traffic to somebody, he uses X/Y/Z script to count incoming hits. Some of them count nocookie, some of them count noref, some of them not. Actualy, every tradescript/google analytics/dump site script/etc shows HUGE differences according my RAW outgoing stats.

Examples:

Google Analytics: 50,483
Extreme tracking: 50,245
Predator: 72,503
My stats: 80,000

So, some of the people who bought traffic is complains about he didn't got everything i sent. Or his stats says just 800k uniq while my stat says 980k ... these are huges differences, if you count with $3.5 per K.

So, what is the best solution for accounting outgoing hits? And what is the most accurate system to track incoming hits?

if your site is running php i could code a fool proof solution for you, both incoming and outgoing.

Was going to say you will need a custom coded script to do this.

If you are in the business of Selling traffic, take a second and think about this. If the customer says he did not get all his traffic, then you might want to consider making him happy. Send him more. Then he will come back and Buy more.

But if you argue with him you just lost two customers. Him, and his friend.

Actualy, I am a developer and i spend many hours coding it, so i know how it's working also i know it's accurate, i also log into flat file every hits and i also build tools for analyze my logs.

My problem is that how others count incoming hits from me. Because, i understand that somebody not trusting in my RAW! logs, my statistics, but if i know why his script does not count it properly (Like GA most of the case will not count <noscript>, if the guy see my stats from ATX, nocookie, noref is counted elsewhere) how can i explain? :)

Also i can count incoming hits very accurate from some senders because they send to a crafted url (ex.: http://example.com/incoming/userid/ ) so, in that case i can count EVERY hits. Even those with nocookie, noref, noscript, etc...
