What's the best newsletter software?

Can anybody recommend some software for sending out newsletters to surfers? Thanks.

I use subscribe me Pro, I am sure there is better, but it works just fine for me.

PhpList is pretty good, open source and free. Usually comes with Fantastico if you have on your hosting package.
