hi, i have many sites that are getting traffic but not making me sales, so i decided to add exit consoles but i have no idea how to add them, i can also register to sponsors that offer niched exit consoles or something like that.

You might give Medium Pimpin a shot as they have a tool called PopIt with detailed instructions and all the tools to setup exits. They also allow you to put other links in the pop.
Might be a good way for you to learn how it works until you can handle it on your own.

ok i see many tools that you show here, so what about those that shows msg asking to click ok of cancel or something like that ? when they leave page ?
