User Submit Link Script
 

I'm looking for a user submit link script where the form would be on an independent page but the links can be included depending on the categories (pornstar names) on different existing PHP pages. Is there something like that existing already? I have looked up on some script directories like Hot Scripts but I have only found link directories scripts only.

oh u want the form on one site and can call the main site different pages

All pages will be on the same domain.

What I'm looking for is a script to manage links (galleries, blogs, free sites) submitted by webmasters which can output the links in a way so that I could include them onto my pornstar TGP depending on the pornstar.
