ffmpeg-php, GD library and FreeType library modules need to be installed.

Plus, the server needs to be able to convert .wmv, .avi, .mpg, .mpeg files into .flv files using the FFMPEG modules.

Dude you need a Dedicated server. If you want this projesct to work well you should talk to Jim at www.techiemedia.com They are one of the absolute best hosts in the biz bar none. Do some research and you will not find any downtime, bad support or any other negative threads on them. Old school guys that know there shit period.:2 cents:
