Possibly selling $500 a month blog network
 

I'm posting this for a client. How much would you pay for a mainstream blog network consisting of 22 blogs in the same niche/category that, as a whole make $500 to $600 a month? Each blog has thousands of results if you type in their names in Google. Lots of social bookmark work and submissions work.

This is not an offer, my client just wants a ballpark. The network is very very young.

I think that importance would be how many hits it gets of the SE's

you could expect between 4 and 5,000$ realistically if it all adds up

IF it real content, as in handwritten organic text - not morphed feeds. And IF they have kept updating it untill recently. Then it havent even peaked yet if they are done correctly.

If he is serious about selling, shoot me a mail with the domains. But he isent sure and is doing it more to get a value on the sites, then I dont want to waste my time on trying to figure out a price.

Hits it gets off the SE's = around 40 to 50K a month, high click through. It's only using adsense currently so monetization can be improved.

Over 1020 pages indexed(in google) - 92% of traffic comes from SEs. 10 to 20% of keywords are first page, top10, in the SERPs

Sweet, since it's mainstream most of the sites are probably out of the (arguably) sandbox. Nice. Aged long enough.

3k he can get, now if you find someone who doesnt understand the risk of blogs you can easily get 10k+

Ebus = Content is 100% handwritten, has a lot of linkbaiting in the mix, and nothing is UAW/Markoved crap.

If the content is fresh and the updates continue, the backlinks might build over time as they keep doing linkbaiting.
