Epoch/CCBILL Paysite Owners ------>
Eventually VISA and the FTC will end this x-sale thieving and scamming that so many PPS programs are exploiting with their offshore merchant accounts - it's happened before.
Will you take it as a huge slap in the face when they have no other option to return to Epoch and CCBILL and are welcomed back with open arms? |
mutt, if the banks decide they are bad enough, those merchants and their sites will get TMFed and then CCBill/Epoch wont be able to take them back with open arms.
but that aside, they are in business, i dont see why they would not take clients that follow their rules and pay their fees, that would be the professional thing to do, i would think |

If they cannot commit the fraud they cannot do those payouts and most of those sites have 0 to offer the surfer and those sites will simply die in addition people dont understand that those same people who could give a fuck about fucking surfers will be the ones fucking webmasters as soon as they get busted, get ready to see a million threads about so called big sponsors not paying. So many people will learn a good fucking lesson, first in this business learn to have your tracking and payouts done by a third party. Second PPS alone = you as an affiliate will go broke from one day to another. Wont be the first time in the past few years that short term minded people (that many where thinking are very smart) get their ass handed to them. Many will also need front men for their companies should they decide to continue because their personal names in many cases are on the TMF and no way ccbill will be able to take them on. |
haha - these guys may be the scum of the earth but they aren't stupid - this is not the first time this has happened and they were all welcomed back by Epoch and CCBILL.
when you're a 'bro' there's a way around any problem in this industry. they will all survive - they lay low until the next 'opportunity' arises. or they walk away with millions. the rest of us pay the price. not them. |

I was wondering if a program gets prosecuted for deceptive billing
I was wondering if a program gets prosecuted for deceptive billing can the FTC or CC companies go after the affiliates that are promoting them?
|
interesting...
if they all get accepted back at ccbill and epoch, going back to rev share or the sorts, would people still promote them? |
I dont think ccbill and epoch would proccess them if the shit hits the fan
|
If they can make sales and stay within their (epoch and CCbill) requirements, I don't see why they wouldn't take them back, business is about making money.
