This is what I found...the address came up with that name on one of their sites and then the same address came up with another name in the U.K. (Britain)

The URL lists two documents with information on a change of officers for the board of directors, but the company U.K. data charges for that information. That's as far as I could go without paying for documents. Hope this helps.
