Anyone ever had Liposuction? (Males)

OK... So.. I'm Pushing 40... Got Bit of a gut...
Well, quite a lot of a gut actually...

Have dieted, and I am currently dieting... But... I guess its also middle age spread...

So... Im considering having lipo...

Anyone else been through it? If so... What can I expect?

If you don't plan on longterm diet change.. it's a waste of time.. and when it comes back it'll be all icky and cellulitey looking.

Cut out animal fat from your diet and that gut will be gone in no time.

Lipo is for fat lazy fucks..Want to lose weight?Eat properly and stay active. No need for it if you have a bit of a belly..it will only come back and haunt you.

www.drmcdougall.com/free.html I'll give you 100 bucks if you follow the McDougall diet and don't start looking and feeling great. Its an all you can eat diet based on Starch = Rice/Bread/Potatoes/Beans/Pasta the diet of healthy slim people around the world. Check out the link, he's got it all detailed by days, etc. really easy to follow.

dont do it, it will come back all fucked up and cellulite looking & the fat cells they destroy from your gut area will just force new fat deposits to be made elsewhere

have a beer gut here but wouldn't do that. will stick with being fat. exercise just hurts.

yeah man, just be careful if you do go the route... i'm not sure if they can do it but don't let them remove the cells that store the fat around your midsection - if you gain weight it has to go somewhere

you don't want the hips of a chick :)

If you have too much weight to loose use "Atkins diet" (Google for it or buy the book) for a couple of months and then when you loose some weight start training and start eating normally and you'll be as good as new!

another vote for Atkins diet, got into really good shape with it - it was much easier for me to follow, of course I combined it with at least 1 hour walking every day!

Can't stick 100% to it since i LOVE sweets more than anything else but do it for a few months + lotsa exercise and you're good
