Yes but there is normally something about them which can be annoying!
Noises, Flashing, Scrolling banners that move up and down the fucking page when your trying to read something.

any sound related banners should be banned. put it up and flash your site, but if i accidently mouse over your banner it shouldn't sing or make music. period.
