ThaiChix-Cash Christmas Donations
 

At ThaiChix-Cash we pick a charity each Christmas to donate money to. This year we have a really good friend of ours doing volontary work in Kenya. We have donated money to an
orphanage in Kibera, Nairobi. Do a search for Kibera at Youtube and you will understand why.

We have paid for: new shoes for all the kids, school fees for all the kids for next year, basic food supplies for a few months, a cow (yes, this is true) chickens, a day trip for all the kids to a safari park (these kids have never been outside Kibera) and a full Christmas dinner.

Sounds like a great cause

It is nice to do something without going through an organisation like the Redcross etc. This way we know that the money ends up where they are most needed.
