There is an interesting show on CNBC that is talking about the regional beers, and the Anheiser Busch companies trying to buy them up, etc. Kinda interesting. I know around here were have a number of micro breweries in downtown.

What is your preference?

I find those varieties interesting, drank a Lambic a while back that was a pretty different kind of beer

I have not had a drink in years, but I have to admit, even I found it a bit tempting.

I like fruit beer :)

I just buy a single bottle once in a blue moon from the grocery, Whole Foods has a huge selection with alot of microbrews and organic beers etc, so for a couple of dollars it is cool to check out something exotic and one beer never hurts, no hangover to deal with and the taste is good with the right meal.

I've got one of their sampler packs in the fridge right now. The Fireside Nut Brown is interesting.

cheap is my preference.
