Thanx Webair

I was off line all weekend, got on last night to find out I had a MySql error on my box that I run my personal sites on. I sent in a support ticket and today, they have me on a new box. I've been using them for over 4 years now and this was the first time anything big happened, they dealt with it, looks like everything is working. Shit happens and it's good to know when it does, your with someone that will take care of your investment.

Thanx guys

I went with webair when I had 3 tgps on someone elses boxes that all had a good amount of traffic and the box went down, it took 2 weeks to get everything straightened out, this time, it took a day, thats the difference. I'm on a new box, everything is running as it should

Ya great job on that one guys.

WiredGuy 01-21-2009 11:24 AM

Webair support has really improved in recent months, most tickets I submit now are fixed within minutes. Definitely a huge improvement :)
