New Logo needed....... $100 PayPal to the winner!!!
 

I have seen others get great results from doing the same.... there are many talented designers out there in GFY land, so here goes.

I need a new logo for:

Kevin Marx Productions

My best thought so far, as I want it to look great on a business card is a play on the X-Men logo yet in an oval (for the business card) rather than the circle used for XMen with MARX overlayed... not sure... that's why I am here asking for suggestions!!!

I want to avoid it looking to porn like.

Chosen logo gets $100 delivered PayPal (sorry, I don't pay ePass or anything else), and a big thank you thread as well as the logo in my siggy area with a notation designed by so and so.

I expect layered .psd's at 300dpi in exchange for payment. Remember... resolution must be good enough for business cards to be printed!!! Web-res won't be enough.

Nope. I looked at 5 different designers sites and $99 or $100 was the going rate. I get more suggestions/options this way.

What dimensions are you looking for?

standard business card dimensions are 3.5" x 2"

Be as creative as you like though. If you feel a square logo works best, go for it. I will work my cards around what's best.

The XMen logo is an X in a circle. A business card is a rectangle. I thought an oval with an X would look good.

However, this doesn't have to be the only possibility. If you think of something that looks awesome, throw it on out there.

I am a photographer and videographer. My focus is on glamour photography. Be as creative as you like.

I think this designer wins for the following reasons:


- It's way good enough for $100.
- You will not get better, only different
- He/she already did $300 worth of designs so why ask people to add another $3k worth.

Yes he has done a good job. I will only get different if people start with his design and go from there. If they want to be creative and go their own way, why not?

Just my 2cents, but if he wants to put in his thoughts for the $100, that's what it's worth. If no one else feels they can beat the design then he will be the winner of course.
