Friday the 13th? Futurama? Pinch me!

Shit, which one should I see first...

Futurama is in my mailbox, but for Friday the 13th I'd have to drive my lazy ass downtown to the cinema

Fuckshitfuck. An awesome St Valentines It Is!

Friday the 13th, TONIGHT, never watch a horror flick in the day time, Futurama, now.

Friday the 13th is crap, go where it started BAY OF BLOOD

Mario Bava set the trend and its no secret almost everything in Friday the 13th was lifted from bava, except the hockey mask lol hollywood is laughable, but as avid horror collector, Friday the 13th cannot beat Bay of Blood and never will. Bava was a true master of horror and lighting...

One is true work of art and lighting, the other is just Hollywood stealing foreign film scenes.

even the scene with pole through lovers... bay of blood screencap

Bay of Blood came out in 1971, Friday the 13th 1980, no secret it was all stolen...

Also, the film is called TWITCH OF THE DEAD NERVE (alternate title)

Quote:

While most slasher movies owe a considerable debt to Twitch’s somewhat nonsensical narrative and its emphasis on bodily mutilation, at least one film was directly imitative: Friday the 13th Part 2 notoriously copied two of Bava’s murder sequences almost shot for shot. One character in that 1981 film is sliced full in the face with a machete, and two teenage lovers are interrupted when a spear ends up shoved through their bodies.
