I think i prefer them making certain things legal. I like people talking about legalizing weed and taxing it. I don't smoke, but still think its a good idea.

Exactly. Firstly they can't do it as it's against the First Amendment and has been tried and failed. Secondly porn is a BIG money earner for the US. In a time when the US needs all the things it can find the last thing they should be doing is looking at ways to stop it.

The politicians with brains would be looking at ways to make porn sell more. But that would lose the votes of the crazies on the right wing. :Oh crap
