Is there a video program that watermarks after a few seconds?
 

Im looking for a video program that will wait like 30 seconds into a video and THEN will stamp my watermark on to the video.

is there a program that does this?

I'm using VideoCharge for my watermarks but it stamps the whole video, not just the the middle part.

sony vegas will do that, final cut pro... most of the bigger editing programs will do this I'm sure

i dont know. my version was $25

I set VideoCharge to watermark for five seconds on, five seconds off --- not exactly what you're looking for but maybe it helps.
