just thought i would let it out....so stupid, they are fools! :mad:

lol, I can pickup the phone and be talking to someone live concerning anything about my account in less then 5 minutes, that's not too bad.

Go Daddy calls me to ask how my service is.. All I do is register domains with them..

Any time I have NEEDED to contact them, I have hated their service.

Phone support is of little use. I tried to move a website off their service and asked if they would let me SSH in so I could gzip my www directory. The guys response: "I have no idea what you just said". Then we literally played the telephone game as I would explain to him what I wanted and then he would put me on hold and relay my message to "level 2" support. And no they would not let me speak directly with level 2 support.

Everytime I see the GoDaddy owner driving around in his Yellow Lambo in Scottsdale I flip him off.

GoDaddy has always been available to help me whenever I had any issues. I always use phone support. I think they are A-1.

I have an account executive who manages out account directly. I really can't complain about the treatment I've received from them for years.

Why on earth you guys still use Go Daddy is beyond me.

I never have any issues with Godaddy and even better the few times i needed customer support they were faster and friendlier than most companies i worked with.

Me too... I love my rep. She takes care of anything I need. I have no idea what service is like for those without a rep though...

At least tell us how they wronged you. I never had a problem with them.

Well his face is all over the web so it's pretty easy to ID. Plus I pulled up next to him once at the red light at Pima and Indian School and another by hanger one the Scottsdale air park.

trying to transfer domain to another registrar....day three
this is like the second time i have ever delt w/them...

I needed support only once and with every reply someone else was replying and that means i was need to send verification data every time.Fucking stupid.
