Looking to hire an affiliate manager
Hey there, I am looking to hire an affiliate manager to handle the affiliates in my invite only network. We sell adult site memberships, mainstream site memberships and a few various tangible products but our product base is growing every day. I am looking for someone with a few years of experience in handling affiliates. We currently have close to 200 staff members and still growing. The details of the job are listed below and full disclosure on products and network will happen upon hire. Affiliate Management Total Compensation: Salary+ commission Reports to: Vice President of Marketing Location: Home Based [email protected] Job Description We are seeking an online marketing professional to manage the day-to-day activities of our expanding affiliate sales force. In addition to managing these affiliates, this individual will participate in product market testing and affiliate/employee training. This job will require you to work from home. Responsibilities: Affiliate Manager Responsibilities ? Daily affiliate management including ongoing development and deployment of: fresh marketing creative, affiliate communications such as eNewsletters and blog posts, offers, and dispute resolution. ? Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues. ? Recruit new affiliates. ? Optimize affiliate accounts by effectively recommending campaigns relevant to how they promote. ? Oversee the development and distribution of marketing tools and sales creative to affiliates. ? Establish channels of communication to ensure all affiliates have access to marketing tools, and to develop custom marketing material as required. ? Work closely with VP of Marketing to build and expand the affiliate program. ? Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives, and bonus offers. ? Represent us at all affiliate marketing related trade shows deemed necessary. ? Be able to maintain professionalism in all kinds of difficult situations. Qualifications: ? Experience in online marketing mandatory. ? Solid computer skills and knowledge of MS Excel. ? Strong organizational skills and a team player. ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ? Outgoing and willing to take initiatives in finding new business. ? Strong sales and negotiation skills. Compensation: Competitive base salary, depending on experience, plus commission. No relocation expenses are available for this position. |
