If I have my own girls what could I do?
 

I know a few people that are interested in the industry, but don't know where to start..

If they are hot enough they could set up their own solo girl site.

Developing an understanding on where to start is your first step and after that you could either get them to do cams, solo girl sites or just shoot all of them and start yourself a paysite with a mixture of different girls.

I agree with the cam studio idea ... If you have the equipment and the setup won't be too expensive ... cam studio is a good route.

You can also try a photo set or two see if the they sell and pay them later if they are understanding. If you are not sure what you are doing pay for a pro, semi-pro camera man.

First show some pics of them , than we tell you what to do :)

If you are going to do the camstudio thing make sure that you also do a site with them as well.

Hell - a lot of us are always looking for fresh new talent. Post some pics, post what the girls are interested/willing to do, if they can travel, what their experience is etc....

Most producers are more than happy to pay you for finding new and reliable talent. If you can recruit and manage sexy reliable talent, be honest with them and the producers, it will reflect nicely on you. Of course, if a model doesn't show or fucks up, or you lie about what she can or will do, that reflects poorly on you.

You could always take them out to your momma's trailer and do sex to them.

Get them to do cams. Start your own membership site [ click here for details ]. Use other webmasters to promote your site by starting an affiliate program. If they're hot... you'll earn big! And I can design your sites for ya! :thumbsup
