Extreme border patrol police brutality [VIDEO]

Obama = Bush
Get it through your stupid fucking skulls.

DeanCapture 04-17-2009 09:09 AM

I'm sorry - that dude deserved to get his ass beat IMO. The border patrol have a job to do. If he would have answered a few questions and let them search his car, he would have been in and out in a few minutes. Instead, he wanted to be an asshole and give the border patrol a hard time.

SifuE 04-17-2009 09:12 AM

Fucking bullshit, you should have pulled out your glock and shot those fuckers..

Are you stupid or do you play stupid on TV?
I dont know about your fucking country but in America we are supposed to be protected against illegal search and seizure. So if the police randomly came to your home and said may we search your home because we believe you have drugs in your home would you let them? What stops them from just going down each street in America and doing the same?

Matter of fact thats a pretty bold statement for a PORNOGRAPHER to make. At any moment the Feds could be at your door and I am pretty sure they would find SOMETHING to nail you on if they wanted. Hope you are very cooperative the next time they do knock. :321GFY

Yes a police checkpoint on a public street. What the fuck is this? A war zone? :2 cents:

Are you a fucking idiot?

He is an American he has rights.

The police do not have the right to use that much excessive force.

You idiots want to whine about your rights and the moment someone decides to enforce them and gets beaten up or killed you say they deserve it because they were rude to a cop.

shut the fuck up.

The police dog is trained to sniff out stuff in people's cars. They lied that the dog sniffed something out. That is weird as fuck because they know how hard it is to hide shit from the dog.

It's a checkpoint on a street owned by the state. They have the right to ask questions and search cars in an effort to reduce crime in the state. If you don't like it - go somewhere else.

Yes he does. His right is to answer questions and agree to a search when he wants to enter into a state that requires this. If he refuses, he gets' the shit beat out of him. Next time he'll think twice about fucking with the border patrol.

Wait first you said the guy was a drama queen then you say the 2 border patrol agents go berzerk, dude what is it? You people are so transparent.

First you see the word "Baptist preacher" at the top of the video and you immediately think "Sweet someone beat up a religious person" then you see "police brutality" and you think "Oh shit thats fucked up" but then you realize who is President and that it was a right wing person that got fucked up and you try to make excuses like its no big deal. Pretty fucked up.

If you want to enter into a state that has set up a checkpoint, they absolutely do have the right to ask questions and search your car. What fucking planet are you from? If this was not legal, the checkpoints would have already been removed. Instead, they've been up for years.

Well I don't think that the police should have used so much force as his story goes. But for some reason I don't trust he is telling 100% of the story. Have you ever seen anyone stay clam and resit the law. I think he was probably making a big scene and way less cooperative then he lets on.

I got stopped at the border coming back from Mexico into the US. They for some reason wanted to search my car. I had to pull over they l looked around inside and asked a few more questions from everyone I was with and that was it. I didn't act like I had a dead body in my car, and fight with them. I nobody ever laid a finger on me or threaten too.

You are so far from right you can't even see it from where you are standing. Not only did this guy NOT deserve to get beat he is 100% correct in everything he did. We live in a country that has given us the protection against such actions in the 4th Amendment.

The Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution is the part of the Bill of Rights which guards against unreasonable searches and seizures.
Here is a link if you need some help.

And of course the Border Patrol have a job to do... AT THE BORDER. OF MEXICO AND THE USA... Not the border of California and Phoenix. No state... now listen good. NO STATE has the right nor the power to deny you ANY of the rights set forth by the Government.

And reading some of your other posts in this thread it is obvious you will be one of the sheep lining up to do whatever you are told to do, regardless of the infringements upon your rights as a United States citizen. This guy should be applauded for what he did. He stood up for his rights as well as every other citizens out there. I hope he sues the shit out of them and those assholes, the very ones the soil the image of law enforcement everywhere, lose their jobs.

If I'm a cop then when you refuse to answer my question or let me search you
then I label you as defensive and therefore suspicious and therefore suspicion is
my cause to search.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reasonable_suspicion

Quote:

Reasonable suspicion is a legal standard in United States law that a person has been, is, or is about to be engaged in criminal activity based on specific and articulable facts and inferences. It is the basis for an investigatory or Terry stop by the police and requires less evidence than probable cause, the legal requirement for arrests and warrants. Reasonable suspicion is evaluated using the "reasonable person" or "reasonable officer" standard, in which said person in the same circumstances could reasonably believe a person has been, is, or is about to be engaged in criminal activity; such suspicion is not a mere hunch. Police may also, based solely on reasonable suspicion of a threat to safety, frisk a suspect for weapons, but not for contraband like drugs. A combination of particular facts, even if each is individually innocuous, can form the basis of reasonable suspicion.

Quote:

Precedent
In Terry v. Ohio, the Supreme Court ruled that a person can be stopped and frisked by a police officer based on a reasonable suspicion. Such a detention does not violate the Fourth Amendment prohibition on unreasonable searches and seizure. In Hiibel v. Sixth Judicial District Court of Nevada the court further established that a state may require, by law, that a person identify himself or herself to an officer during a stop. An arrest is not permitted based on reasonable suspicion; probable cause is required for an arrest. Further, a person is not required to answer any other questions during a Terry stop, and the detention must be brief. However if the officer's suspicions were correct and the situation escalates to a point of where the officer has probable cause, the officer can arrest the suspect.

In other words, your rights can be twisted until you have none if the cop knows his shit.

Look maybe you dont understand what it means, whats to stop the police from coming to your home and asking the same questions? We are legally protected from these kind of gestapo techniques within our constitution.

That is an entirely different situation. You were coming back into the states from Mexico. If this guy had been too he SHOULD have let them do their thing, but guess what? He WASN'T in Mexico. He never LEFT the states and they were not AT the border.

No. He deserved to get his ass beat because he wanted to pass through a checkpoint without being checked out. He wouldn't answer any questions and he wouldn't allow them to look in his car. All of that is suspicious behavior. What's the point in having a border patrol checkpoint if they don't have the right to ask questions or search cars of people that are acting suspicious? If he had answered their questions from the start, chances are they would never have wanted to search his car. It wasn't until after he started acting like an asshole, that they decided to show him who really runs the show there.

I can't argue with you retards anymore about this. The border patrol has a job to do. If it were illegal, somebody would have shut them down already. If you don't like it - sorry, that's the way it is.

Have a nice weekend kids, I'm out.........
