I need a host with the following feautures:

* PHP 4.x
* Real, live FTP [not RevShare's system]
* No pop-ups
* No redirections
* Domain support
* No MySQL needed

Are there any hosts out there that can meet those? It'd be especially useful if they don't put banners on my page, instead using an affiliate system...

I think, taht it's impossible to find honest freehost without any advertising on your pages. You dont want revsharehosts, but it's only choice you have. If you want a good revshare host, try affhost.com.

I think most sites to submit your PGP galleries to don't allow pop-ups...
