does it usually take a few days to hear anything back from them?

sent an e-mail on 4-27 still no reply :( in ref to ref#829350-829530.

I tried to fax the address/name change doc and their machine returned a few fails, lol. So I just took a picture of the form and e-mailed it in.

They answered me in matter of minutes when i sent them mail, but i guess you can hit Paul on icq he has been around gfy.com just search for his name ;)

on a side note, do you guys remember back in 2005 when that could take several weeks or even a month?
