Google down for anyone else?

Maybe it is just a regional issue. Tried several different browsers, DSL and Cable as well as different computers but can't get to google. Traceroute times out too.

RyanL 05-14-2009 08:27 AM

Back now - lasted about an hour. Apparently it was AT&T that caused the issue - http://blogs.zdnet.com/BTL/?p=18064

Barefootsies 05-14-2009 11:48 AM

I've had some strange dns issues with google.com this week off and on as well, and tracert showed the dns was screwed up

Rochard 05-14-2009 11:59 AM

Gmail was down for me this morning. In fact, it was such a large outage that it was on the news this morning.

"SAN FRANCISCO - An unknown number of people were cut off from Google Inc.'s search engine, e-mail and other online services Thursday, sparking a flurry of frustrated venting that served as a reminder of society's growing dependence on Google's technology."

voa 05-14-2009 05:21 PM

Working good for me
