I was looking for that video. Either the same speechwriter or perhaps there really is no difference beyond skin pigmentation.

and what point does that video prove? that if you talk for long enough and have enough losers digging through footage you'll eventually be edited saying the same thing as some other guy?

Except that it's the current and last president using the same phrases on the same subject. They have the same speech writers because they work for the same people.
