Great documentary: "Anvil: The Story of Anvil"
 

Best music documentary I have seen in a while. It's about a couple of Canadian guys in their fifties who play in a old school heavy metal band named Anvil that had some minor success back in the eighties, and who are still trying to keep the dream alive, playing for small crowds while holding down regular jobs as family men and fighting with one another.

I watched an advance screening copy of it, but I believe it is in theaters now or about to come out. They were running a commercial on VH1 over the weekend.
