Should this Doctor be penalized?
 

Hidden video sex scandal is in talk of the town in philippines today. A celebrity doctor video taped his sex scenes without the knowledge of his partners. Some are celebrities.

The doctor said the video was stolen in his hard drive by his friends and now its all over the internet and pirated dvds.

The case is now in the Senate. The victim and other women group is asking for his license of being a doctor be removed for doing such behavior which violates the right to privacy and bad reputation to the medical association
