Need to rent a guest house in LA...help!

Hey there.
We need to rent a guest house in Los Angeles.
Dates are approximately June 12-July 11th.
It's two of us and a well behaved dog.
We need reliable internet access.
Not looking to spend a fortune.
Looking at the prices so far out there and its fucking crazy.
Can anyone help us out?
