maybe something some of these backwoods southern towns should follow too!

too bad they have to make it a law before commonsense actually takes affect.
but what i dont understand is the ones facing imprisonment are they already dead?

A politician in the Philippines, frustrated by rampant electoral fraud, has proposed legislation to take the names of dead people off voter rolls.

The bill must go through a long legislative process before becoming law. If enacted, government officials or employees would face up to 10 years imprisonment and be disqualified from public office.

That's discrimination! Dead people have rights too!

Just run 2 elections from now on: 1 for the live voters, and 1 for the dead voters, so no one is left out.

That is the only fair solution.

You won't believe how actively involved them dead people are here in the philippines. Dead cops, dead soldiers not only continue to vote, but still keep recieving their pensions. They are also have been know to apply for loans too.

I hired a few dead people to clean my studio, but they never show up.... lazy bastards!
