yes you do. But your carrier has to have support for it (and also only applicable for iPhone 3G+)

Downloading now... 41 minutes remaining like there was 15 minutes ago :) Seems more and more start to download. Thankfully I updated iTunes yesterday so I didn't have to wait for that too.

just saw the cute disclaimer: MMS support from AT&T coming in late summer.

not updating until there's a working jailbreak...

and only on 3G and 3GS iPhones.
