Need simple journal script
 

Hey,
posted about this a few weeks ago but never got a good answer. So I'm posting again hoping you guys can help.

We need a simple journal script that will go into the member's area, that the model can just update easily on a daily basis with news and events.

Can anyone recommend anything?

Wordpress has some free journal themes. Google "Wordpress journal theme" and see if any of the links strike your fancy. Easy enough to install WP within a sub-folder for the journal page(s) of your site.

If you want the ch-easiest, iframe an html page.

WP seems a little bloated for something like that. Why not just make a simple mysql db for entries and a simple posting page for models that writes to the db.

Simple, small and easy.
