Smart Car Owns Ferrari in Drag Race
 

To be fair, the Ferrari had a bit of a slow start. But regardless, that Smart Car still threw it down.

Al4a has a few volkswagon bugs that can do the same thing.
Of course that ferrari was stock and that smart car is running a race engine, stripped completely down of all excess weight, race gears, differential, and probably nitrous as well.

Still very cool. Al loves racing against muscle cars in his volkswagons on the track.

Please shoot me before I ever purchase one of those hideous tardcars. Calling it a smartcar is an oxymoron. It looks like a miniature version of the handi-bus. I don't care how fast it goes after mods.

Just throw some spinners on it and you'll be fine.

There are other vids of similar "supercars" getting beat by go-karts.

It's also got a GSX 1300 engine in it too. That's like racing a gokart with a 250 engine in it.
