Summary:
They will send joins (from a chat IM) but the members will never login..that tells you everything..

There has been a ton of them popping up lately. I get 2-3 messages a day from these guys

Ive had a few of those too. Groups of chatters that just spam spam spam.

Some people can monetize chatter traffic quite well :2 cents:

That was where you should have stopped right there. The second they refer to their agents, its a chatter network.

Next time, send those chatters to your competition, let them lose their mids.

Just an fyi, their new scam is as follows:

They will have a stolen master card credit card list.

They will hit someone up in chat who is based in the US. They will ask them if they want a free membership. They will give them the stolen credit card info to join with. Then they will ask for the email so they can cancel it within an hour.

Be very careful with chat, over 90 percent are scammers.

I've had 2 of these guys hit me up in the last week.

You mean monetize carder traffic. So the program keeps the illegal sales, suspend the fraud affiliates account and hopefully a few of the sales don't charge back and continue rebilling.

Alex hit me up as soon as this guy dropped our name ... this guy sent to us for about a week until we banned him. Beware!

I got hit with those guys 2 weeks ago. It was rather entertaining to say the least and he ended the conversation saying to me "I am not interested in your offer." haha

No disrespect to the Filipino people, but I don't trust 99.999% of anything coming out of the Philippines other than cute domestic workers.

Ive been getting hit up by those "chatters" for over 3 years now. Nothing new. Now they are just multiplying like crazy.

The traffic is horrendous. Its not bad enough that they use chat to generate sales. They mislead the surfer and send them to 5+ programs in one session.

For example JoeBlowSurfer is promised a cam show by the "girl" he is chatting to. Joe signs up at site X. Says he cant find the girl on cam. So they simply say oh sorry sign up here instead and send him to another site. They repeat this until the surfer finally catches on.

I know a conversation has a 99% chance of going south as soon as I see my ICQ blinking and the very first message is "hello sirs i am interest in joining your program."

I've talked to him before.. I suspect a lot of these chatters use stolen cards. 1 member will join several sites but won't login to any.. then the credits/cb's start rolling in. Fool me once..

It's American Chat Link (not sure about the stolen cc angle from them). Most of the chatters are gayboys. They also like to join the big dating sites and scam guys from the inside.

I got something similar and the idiot kept hitting the BUZZ button on yahoo messenger even after I told him I was not interested.
