" a friend" of mine is looking for some information on how the whole medical marijuana /legal grow works in cali.

What do you need to obtain a med mj id card?

Do you need one to grow?

if you have a card how many plants are you allowed to grow?

what is legal amount of MJ to posses legally per household /per person?

how much does a 1/4 of kb cost from a med marji shop?

do med shops buy from "local growers" ?

reprocussions for plants? weight?

..basically...

Certain counties have certain rules
Some up by san fran let you have up to 99 plants if you have a caretakers license, however in tighter restriction counties such as the OC its around 4 plants (per card, so 3 people in house can have 12 plants i believe)

you have to have a connect with either a seller or a shop manager. If you are caught with the bud on you during the delivery its sales of pot, its only regulated to have the shops grow there own which they dont. A med card person can grow up to 2lbs every 3 months, if caught selling or trading it even to another med cord holder or shop it is sales. If caught growing more then what is regulated it is cultivation, which carries a heavy price.

yes and theres some caregiver thing that allows someone to grow for you if you have a card. not sure how that 2nd part works though.

not sure how it works but yes im pretty sure they do. but theres a little more to it than some local grower selling them pot. it has to be legitimized.
