Anyone here a stats junkie? What do you use?

Anyone here addicted to the details?

I'm thinking about putting together a suite of tools / reports / etc to provide me with as much data as I can get together. I'd probably add some modules to pull stats from the programs that I use and include it all in my reports as well...

Google analytics is very helpful but it has its limitations + I'd rather keep all of my data to myself...

What do you guys use to track traffic / campaigns / and all of the other important data that is useful to your operations?

I love stats, but what kind of details can you pull more than standard stats?

I suppose it depends on the way your traffic is generated. I'm talking about things that take campaign management and individual surfer tracking a bit further.

Let's say for example a specific program will work with you and provide a postback with a little data, like an ip address, when a specific action occurs (a registration for example).

With some significant tracking on your end done beforehand, you could cross reference that ip with your data and follow the path of someone that actually pulled out their credit card / triggered a goal for you.

Then you'd really be able to pinpoint your most effective campaigns, landing pages, copy, etc.

I don't want to screw with campaigns at the program level because my traffic goes everywhere and resources are shared... this would allow you to control all of your campaign management from 1 location.

Another useful thing would be if the programs provided details like cc denials, etc...

I'd love postback info but i don't think most programs would either 1) have the info or 2) want to share it with affiliates. But i'd love that, the closest I could find to this was API based submissions to programs.

Sure stats are great but ROI is more important when talking "campaigns" like u guy's know.
