actually i would like to have the planes divided into "kids" and "no kids" zones. and after last time some kid threw up over my leg I would disallow children completely in the "no kids" zone.

If you can't sit next to your own child or a child you have a ticket for then obviously that is dumb. Restricting who can be sat next to unaccompanied minors would be something different. Though, I don't know why only men are threats in that situation.
