I just rewatched Boiler Room yesterday and got pumped up again. I swear, when Ben Affleck gives his speeches, I'm ready to go out and be a stock broker now. This movie pushes me to make $$$. Another movie that gives me that motivation is Rounders

Anybody else have a movie or a song that gets you going? And no, Ron jeremy movies don't count!

Rounders

Boiler room is a kick ass movie... based on a few firms that went bust on Long Island. The funny thing is I lived it. I never passed the series 7 (took it 4 times) but my friend was a top broker, so I got to hang out and go to parties... the movie is so fucking accurate of the way a few firms were in the late 90's.

A few years ago, my friend recruited me and I dropped out of school for the big picture... defintely some "baller type shit". Guys were easily making 50k+ mth. Anwyay, a few brokers and the partners are now in jail.
