I've never heard about them before, but I liked one of their sites.

Anyone around promoting them?

Do you guys know if they offer Epass payments? Also, do you guys know who own them??

owned by nasty dollars. i think you can get epass if you contact them, although they said they would do it for muffia and it was never switched.

Is it true that when an affiliate ask for access to the member area you ask them for a passport copy? I heard that, it sounded crazy for me, is that true? :)

We don't require a passport, we do ask that you send us an Id just to confirm who we are giving access to. This is intended to protect you the affiliate as much as it is us the program. Sending us the ID is totally optional and you are welcome to block out any information that you don't feel comfortable providing us with. It is one of the methods we are using to try to keep our content exclusive, giving you the webmaster better ratios and more exclusive materials.
