So how would you value a site in today market ?
 

would it still be worth 6 times monthly income,or there abouts. Is there a new formula out there to gauge the price ?

There is more to it than just looking at income, but yea, 6 months is still a good starting point...

It would depend on the site, the source for the income, how long it's maintained that said income.

That's just a small small list

there are a ton of variables
stability of income
site age
stability of traffic
...
...
...

So if the site is old, but has been neglected and the income is far from what it used to be , then what ? You cant pay for past glories:winkwink:

It's really hard to gauge - the 6 month rule IMHO is foolish and benefits only shitty low-end freesites more than established, well earning sites.

yes, there is room for growth, but not a great deal.

and I am sure, as simple as it may look, revamping it will take both time and money
