How do you do a screen shot in a Mac?
I have a customer who needs help and he's using a mac and I know nothing about macs.
So I want him to do a screen shot of what his problem is and email it to me, but I dont know if macs have a Prnt Scrn button and a wordpad or paint program you can paste into. thanks |

Actually in this instance OS X does a much better job at feature implementation. The control you get over screen shotting different aspects of the screen rather than just the entire thing is fantastic. I use it every day for screen shotting dev stuff to send out to the team I manage :) |

You can also go to /Applications/Utilities/Grab.app if you can't remember all of the commands. You can take screen caps from the app itself.

i cant remember all the ones Sosa posted so i just use SHIFT-COMMAND-3 and take it from there heh
